Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product from Stone Age Propagation.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can return it within 7 business days from the date you received your order. To be issued a refund please read the following

Product must be unused and in new condition
Returned within 7 days of when you received your order
We will not reimburse for return shipping
Refunds will take 5-7 business days from when we received the order back

Shipping

We try and ship all orders out within 5 business days. Shipping times may vary according limitations or delays by USPS. We are not held accountable for delays that may happen outside of our control.

We use flat rate shipping boxes and will ship priority 3-5 day mail.

Purchase Agreement

When placing an order, you are verifying that the details you provided are accurate and that you are an authorized user of the credit card, debit card or paypal used to place your order.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and the acknowledgement of your order.

You will be charged for your order when you place your order not when the order is shipped.

Pricing and Availability

While descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. We will not continue to process your order until you have agreed to the updated order price.

Products & Liability

All our products are 100% chemically inert. 100% ceramic. High Temperature fired ceramic.

Buyer assumes all liability and risks associated with introducing any manmade product into their system and can not hold Stone Age Ceramic & Propagation or its owners liable.

Agreement & Consent
